BikeWell would like to congratulate the entire Tararua Builders Racing Squad on a successful Trust House North Island Team series. We are honoured to be part of this project.

BikeWell rider Belinda Fuller (middle) experiences true success over the weekend by winning her age group in the K2 race in the Coromandel. We at BikeWell fully honour this achievement as Belinda has followed our BikeWell ride plan to the tee... many prescribed workouts over the winter which included on the bike strength work/quick pedal drills, aerobic condtioning rides (in this case many hill climbs!), and some event specific intervals. Belinda has embraced all that we have given her and she has been the perfect "coachable" rider. We salute this middle aged warrior in REAL action. Well done team Fuller Fam!!

Spring on the Wairarapa roads means riding through the annual Gladstone Scarecrow festival. Local residents are encouraged to place a themed scarecrow out on the roadside. It's a fantastic distraction from the realities of training.

Here Superman has just completed a set of BikeWell power pace intervals and has stopped to give us all a reminder on road usage.

We wish him well on his crusade to change the perception and attitudes toward road cycling while actively pursuing his passion for the road.
